Honoring Their Service. Caring for Their Tomorrow

Veteran Support | Home Repairs & Accessibility | Senior Assistance | Community Wellness

They Have Given So Much. Now It's Our Turn to Give Back.

Some of the strongest people in our communities are the very ones who find it hardest to ask for help.

Our veterans have served our country, made sacrifices, and given so much of themselves to protect the freedoms we enjoy today.

Our seniors have spent years raising families, working, caring for others, and helping build the communities we call home.

But what happens when the veteran who once stood strong for our country now struggles to safely enter their own home? What happens when a senior who has spent a lifetime caring for others can no longer afford groceries, manage household repairs, or find someone to check on them?

At Hearts of Hearts Foundation, we believe their stories, sacrifices, and needs should never be forgotten.

That's why we created Operation Honor & Care.

This program is our way of saying thank you—not just with words, but through meaningful acts of compassion, service, and support.

Whether it's helping a veteran make their home safer, providing essential household items, connecting a senior with community resources, or simply reminding someone that they are not alone, we want to make a difference where it matters most.

Because honoring someone's service means caring about the life they are living today.

How Operation Honor & Care Makes a Difference

Veteran & Senior Essential Needs Assistance

A Helping Hand When Life Gets Difficult.

We understand that some veterans and seniors are living on fixed incomes, managing health challenges, or facing unexpected financial hardship.

Through community donations, sponsorships, and available resources, we work to help eligible individuals and households access support such as:

  • Food and grocery assistance.
  • Essential household and personal care items.
  • Seasonal assistance and holiday support.
  • Referrals for transportation and other community services.
  • Connections to additional assistance programs.

No one should feel embarrassed about needing a little help.

Sometimes one act of kindness can make a difficult day easier.

Veteran Home Repair & Accessibility Assistance

A Safe Home. A Stronger Tomorrow.

In Partnership with The Home Depot

Home should be a place where our veterans feel safe, comfortable, and independent.

Unfortunately, some veterans face home maintenance challenges, accessibility barriers, or repairs they cannot afford to complete.

Through our partnership with The Home Depot, Hearts of Hearts Foundation helps eligible veterans access home repair and accessibility assistance designed to improve safety and quality of life.

Depending on eligibility, approved project scope, and available resources, assistance may include:

  • Wheelchair ramps and accessibility improvements.
  • Bathroom safety modifications and grab bars.
  • Porch, step, and handrail repairs.
  • Minor home safety repairs.
  • Weatherization and home maintenance improvements.
  • Other approved accessibility and safety projects.

Our goal is to help veterans remain safely in the homes they love.

They served our country. We want to help make sure they have a safe place to call home.

Veteran & Senior Resource Connections

Helping You Find the Support You Deserve.

Finding the right assistance can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Our team helps connect participants with appropriate community organizations and service providers for:

  • Veteran benefits and support resources.
  • Housing and home maintenance assistance.
  • Transportation resources.
  • Healthcare and wellness services.
  • Financial education and community support.
  • Additional local and state assistance programs.

We may not have every answer, but we want to help you find the right place to start.

Senior & Veteran Companionship

Because Being Remembered Matters.

Not every need is financial.

Sometimes it's having someone to talk to, share a story with, or simply spend time with.

Through volunteer engagement, community activities, and connections with our Heart-to-Heart Crew youth program, we want to create meaningful opportunities for seniors and veterans to feel valued and connected.

Our activities may include friendly visits, intergenerational activities, recreational gatherings, appreciation events, and other opportunities for social connection.

No veteran or senior should have to feel forgotten or alone.

Community Appreciation & Service Projects

Turning Gratitude Into Action.

Honoring our veterans and seniors should never be limited to one holiday or one event.

Throughout the year, Hearts of Hearts Foundation works to bring together volunteers, businesses, community partners, and supporters to create meaningful opportunities to give back.

From home improvement projects and community service days to appreciation celebrations and wellness activities, we want to show our gratitude through action.
