Born and raised in Grambling, Louisiana, Tyler Richard-Johnson is a faith-driven leader, visionary, and devoted mother of three beautiful girls who inspire her to lead with purpose, compassion, and resilience.

Tyler completed her undergraduate studies in Business at Bellevue University, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational strategy and leadership. She later earned her Master’s Degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development with a concentration in Workforce Development from Louisiana State University (LSU)—a testament to her commitment to continuous growth, education, and service.

Grounded in her faith in God, Tyler believes that true leadership begins with humility and a heart to serve. Her passion lies in empowering others to discover their purpose, unlock their potential, and walk boldly in their God-given calling. Through mentorship, workforce development, and community engagement, she strives to create pathways for personal and professional success especially for women and young adults seeking direction and hope.
