Joshua Rosales brings a wealth of experience and heartfelt dedication to the Hearts of Hearts team. Deeply committed to strengthening communities, Josh focuses on helping individuals build meaningful connections that foster stability, opportunity, and growth.

As a Commissioner for the Tennessee Human Riights Commission, Josh serves in a statewide leadership role promoting equality, dignity, and awareness of human rights for all Tennesseans. His public service reflects his lifelong commitment to empowering others through compassion and collaboration.

As a Social Capital Coach, Josh speaks on the power of relationships, partnership, and networking to create lasting change. He also provides individualized coaching to help people develop the personal and professional connections that move their goals forward and strengthen community bonds.

Beyond his work in coaching and advocacy, Josh is the President of Break-Thru Tennessee, a nonprofit organization that shares the mission of Hearts of Hearts—offering hope, essential resources, and pathways to self-sufficiency. Under his leadership, Break-Thru Tennessee serves families through food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and back-to-school support, ensuring that every person has the foundation to thrive.

With a strong background as a Self-Directed Retirement Specialist, Josh also brings valuable financial insight to his nonprofit work, understanding how economic stability plays a vital role in community well-being.

Outside of his professional commitments, Josh treasures time with his wife, Frances, and their four children. He also enjoys hosting a podcast, practicing Filipino stick fighting, and connecting with others who share his passion for service and empowerment.
