Jermany is the Founder of JRR Painting, a company named after himself and his two beautiful daughters—reflecting the heart and legacy behind his vision. His talent for painting and renovation goes beyond construction—it’s about restoring beauty, creating opportunity, and bringing life to every home and business he touches.

In addition to JRR Painting, Jermany is the Co-Owner of AJ Hall, Cooper Transportation, Hearts of Hearts Foundation, and the Alpha & Omega Entrepreneur Academy. Each of these ventures was founded with a shared mission: to empower families, strengthen communities, and create pathways for success.
