Courtney Willingham is a seasoned paralegal with over 23 years of experience, currently residing in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University and later earned her Paralegal Certification, combining her passion for service with a strong foundation in legal support. 

Driven by a deep desire to help others and a natural talent for organization, Courtney has built a career marked by dedication, empathy, and excellence. Her people-first mindset and commitment to making a difference have been the cornerstone of her professional journey. 

Outside of her legal career, Courtney is a creative entrepreneur. Four years ago, she launched her own event decorating business, specializing in focal points, balloon arches, and festive designs for birthday parties and baby showers—her personal favorites. Her love for creating joyful, memorable experiences shines through in every project she takes on. When she’s not working or designing,
