Cheryl Brown

Cheryl Brown serves as Executive Director of the Good Neighbor Foundation, a HUD-approved agency based in Franklin, Tennessee. With over 20 years of leadership in housing and financial education, Cheryl has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families achieve stability through informed homeownership and sound financial management.

Under her direction, the Good Neighbor Foundation provides vital services such as mortgage delinquency counseling, rental assistance, and financial management education. The organization also offers certified Pre- and Post-Purchase Homebuyer Education Courses that meet the standards of THDA, The Housing Fund, Welcome Home, USDA-RD, FHA, and other down payment assistance programs.

A graduate of Southern Junior College with an Associate’s degree in Data Processing, Cheryl is also a Certified Homebuyer Educator. Her deep expertise in financial literacy, housing advocacy, and community engagement will be invaluable as a Hearts of Hearts board member, helping further the organization’s mission to restore hope and strengthen families.
