Andrea Robinson, Founder and Visionary Leader

Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Andrea Robinson is a dynamic entrepreneur, faith-driven community leader, and passionate advocate for youth empowerment. Guided by her unwavering faith in God, Andrea lives each day with purpose—to inspire, uplift, and create lasting impact in the lives of others. She is a proud mother of three beautiful children who motivate her to build a legacy rooted in leadership, compassion, and service. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Grand Canyon University (GCU) and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at GCU. Her education and experience in healthcare and behavioral science give her a holistic perspective on community development—addressing not only economic growth but also emotional healing and spiritual well-being.

As the Co-Owner of AJ Hall, Cooper Transportation, Hearts of Hearts Foundation, and the Alpha & Omega Entrepreneur Academy, Andrea has built a diverse and purpose-driven portfolio of businesses and nonprofit initiatives that reflect her core belief: faith and service are the foundation of true success.

Through the Alpha & Omega Entrepreneur Academy, Andrea created a transformative program designed to teach teens and young adults the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership, and life skills—all while instilling the values of faith, integrity, and perseverance. Her vision was born from a desire to give youth the tools and confidence to dream boldly, lead with purpose, and walk in their God-given potential.

The Academy’s curriculum blends business education with character development, etiquette, and community engagement—empowering the next generation to succeed both personally and spiritually.

Her nonprofit, the Hearts of Hearts Foundation, further extends this mission by offering hope, mentorship, and tangible support to families and youth in need. Through every initiative, Andrea continues to live out her calling to serve God by serving others.
